what is a good paint to use on an xbox 360 controller?

I want to paint it because i have an extra one and i thing it would look cool what is permeanent and looks good?

Is there a divice that you can hook ur original xbox controller into and hook the divice into the xbox 360… i want this cus i got this really cool xbox controller and i dont want to have to give it up.. since im getting rid of the original xbox and getting the 360.. PLZ CAN THERE BE THIS DIVICE… or can u hook the controller rite into the 360?

I found my son a really cool xbox controller but he has the xbox 360 system. Will this still work or should I purchase a “360″ controller?
